Snap-hiss Dolls, 2011

I've been dolling recently, but my website Snap-hiss Dolls hasn't been being updated because I've just been uploading everything here. I don't really feel like it's a place people are going to go to see if I've got anything new - personal dolling websites are mostly a thing of the past now. Besides, the host keeps having problems and it doesn't seem worth it to move it somewhere new. So I'll leave the site up as it is, but it'll just be an archive.

Anyway, I thought I'd put together some of my favourite old dolls from the website up on dA! I don't know if anyone's interested, but read on if you want to know a bit more about these dolls.

1 (base): Adelaide wih her make-over!

3 (base): Ain't he just the dapperest chap?
4 (base): I was intimidated by this one, 'cause it was a redoll for Hollay, who's all about the accessories and details in her dolls, whereas I like to keep things minimal. I really like how it came together, though!
5 (base): The challenge was 'gaudy'. I'm not keen on steampunk myself; I entered the pageant specifically to make this doll.

7 (base): The first Adelaide. She's kind of my honorary third muse now. She has magical clothes-wearing skills. She can wear ANYTHING and make it look awesome.
